Cody Clearwater is a 23 year old financial analyst in Miami, FL. As a member of the Millennial Generation, she was looking for a way to balance her new career with having a social life and staying healthy. While an entry level position can sometimes lead to super long hours and a stop at Wendy’s on the way home – Cody decided to focus on creating recipes that were easy enough to cook after a long day at work, and big enough to bring the left overs to work the next day! After getting comments from friends at work who were forced to go to Subway for their “five dollar foot long” lunches – she decided to create a food blog to share her creations with her friends all over the world. The response so far has been great and she looks forward to connecting with others in the millennial generation who want to break out of the college Ramen and cereal rut!
